Make Money by Credit Spread Trading

Jamie McIntyre, An Australian millionaire and an astute investor himself, has always believed in the value of education and the fact that you got to push the envelope. He has always believed that plenty of people just live normal lives and in spite of the fact that they do want to get rich, they barely get anywhere close to what the rich do to get “rich”. Credit Spread Trading, for instance, is one such thing the average investor stays away from.

Credit SpreadInstead of allowing his money to work harder and make more with the given empirical constraints the stock markets put on the investment fraternity anyway, the average investor looks to invest, hold and pray –that’s at least what a sensible average investor does. The cocky, I-know-it-all types go one step further and act recklessly.

Credit Spread Trading, basically consists of an options strategy that entails selling of a higher-priced premium option and also buying a low-priced premium option of the same asset at the same time. The profits accrued come due to the spread inherently available in the price of the two values at which the underlying security has been sold and purchased.

To be profitable in the credit spread options though, one of the key things to remember is to ensure that you know exactly what you are doing; you don’t get rushed into it by someone just because there is money to be made; you refrain from any kind of trading activity for the initial one hour of the trading day and finally, you will not risk too much of your assets or portfolio when you are only beginning.

A good understanding of the workings of the spread is a necessity since that alone is the key to your riches when it comes to trading with credit trade options. Once you get the hang of what you need to do, there’s just no stopping you.

Planet Wealth offer a deeper understanding of the Credit Spread and have a trading diary enabled to show and educate traders how to become more successful in their field.
